This Privacy Policy explains how D3 IT Solutions (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the 3D Animations Effects application (the “App”) for SHOPLINE stores. By installing or using the App you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

When a merchant installs the App, SHOPLINE provides us with basic store information needed to run it:

• Store identifiers — your store domain, store name and primary email.
• Plan and billing status, so we can provide the correct features.
• An access token that lets the App call SHOPLINE APIs on your behalf (for example, to install its storefront script). It is stored securely and never shared.
• The effect settings you choose inside the App.

Information we do NOT collect

The App’s storefront animation runs entirely in each visitor’s browser. It draws effects and nothing else: it does not collect, store or transmit any personal data about your shoppers, and it sets no tracking cookies. We do not build visitor profiles or sell any data.

How we use information

• To provide, operate and maintain the App’s features on your store.
• To process your subscription and apply the right plan.
• To send service and account emails (for example, install, billing and important notices).
• To provide support when you contact us.

How we share information

We do not sell your information. We share it only as needed to run the App:

• The SHOPLINE platform, to authenticate and operate the App.
• Service providers who host our servers and deliver our email, acting on our instructions.
• When required by law, or to protect our rights and users.

Data retention

We keep your store information for as long as the App is installed. When you uninstall the App, or when SHOPLINE sends us a data-erasure request, we delete or anonymise the associated data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records to meet legal or accounting obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you are (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information. To make a request, email us at the address below and we will respond within the time required by law.

Cookies

The App’s admin screens use a session cookie that is strictly necessary to keep you signed in while you use the App. The storefront animation itself uses no cookies; it stores one short-lived flag in the visitor’s browser so it does not re-check your subscription on every page.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect information in transit and at rest, including HTTPS and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and review our practices regularly.

Children

The App is intended for store owners and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
