Nothing is showing on my storefront
Open your theme editor, make sure 3D Animations Effects is switched on under App embeds, and click Save. Then hard-refresh your storefront (Ctrl/⌘+Shift+R). If it still doesn’t apply, confirm you enabled it on your published (live) theme.
Why did my effects stop?
Almost always the app embed is switched off. Check the banner at the top of the app — it tells you directly. The other common cause is a lapsed subscription: effects stop when the plan does.
Will it slow down my store?
No. It draws on a single canvas, pauses completely in background tabs, thins itself out on phones, and sheds particles automatically if it ever costs you frames.
Does it get in the way of shopping?
No. The animation layer never receives clicks, so every button, link and form works normally. Shoppers who have asked their device to reduce motion see nothing at all.
How do I uninstall it?
Remove the app from your SHOPLINE admin under Apps. Effects stop immediately, and your theme is left exactly as it was — the app never edits it.
